Max's Taphouse Rare and Obscure Beer Event
This coming Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, Max's in Baltimore will be pouring a whole slew of strange brews. Here's the current list:

What an epic list...
If I were there, I would make it a point to have a pint of the following (in no particular order):
1. Hitachino Espresso Stout - Loved this out of the bottle...domo arigato japanese craft beers
2. Nogne O Imperial Stout - Delicious, kinda beefy, maybe not the best summer beer but eff it.
3. Ola Dubh 40 Year Cask - you're a bastard for getting to try this and the 30 side by side.
4. De Ranke XX Bitter - Belgian IPA's are both underrated and few & far between.
5. Birra Del Borgo 25 dodici - translates to 25-12...what's up with the Italian craft beer movement?? Could be a good blog piece.
